Through a reliable network and the passion of our people, Fullers360 ferries nearly 6 million customers every year, getting commuters to work and visitors to play.Waiheke Bus Company ushered in the electric era for Waiheke Island, making it the first Auckland suburb with an electric bus fleet.

Our ferries are soon to follow with our first hybrid electric fast ferry currently being built.

You'll provide practical health and safety advice across both operational and support teams, working closely with leaders and staff to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.

From investigating incidents to developing wellbeing programmes and supporting sustainability initiatives, you'll be central to creating a safe, supportive, and resilient workplace.What You'll DoSupport the implementation of our Health, Safety & Risk strategy.Provide advice, training, and coaching to managers and teams.Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are in place.Partner with ACC and manage return-to-work processes.Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.Liaise with key stakeholders, including Auckland Transport, Maritime NZ, and WorkSafe NZ.Promote wellbeing, injury prevention, and safe work practices.What we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is approachable, pragmatic, and able to influence others at all levels of the organisation.

You'll bring : A tertiary qualification in health and safety (or related field).2–3 years' experience in a Health & Safety Business Partner role.Strong knowledge of NZ health and safety legislation.Experience in wellbeing programmes, injury management, and harm reduction.Excellent communication and reporting skills.The ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
