We're on the lookout for a dynamic New Business Director to lead our business development initiatives across New Zealand.

Reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer based in Sydney, this is a hands-on role where you'll drive a connected prospecting approach and spearhead operations for new business pitches, ensuring we maintain our position as a leader in the advertising and media industry.

As the New Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in :

Leading strategic prospecting efforts and delivering compelling pitches to potential clients.

Cultivating and managing relationships across our agencies

Overseeing content creation and ensuring all communications are aligned with our agency brands.

Analysing performance and market trends to inform strategic business development.

Collaborating with global teams to support multi-agency and cross-Groupe pitches.

To be successful in this role, you'd be collaborative and adaptable, comfortable with both the big-picture strategy and the small details.

You thrive in dynamic environments and have :

Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams.

Exceptional written communication and storytelling capabilities.

Expertise Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.

A flexible, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
