We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Business Development Manager who’s not afraid to put in the mahi to chase new business leads and build long-term relationships. About the Role
This opportunity has come about due to an internal international transfer — a reflection of Aon’s strong commitment to career development and global mobility.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to build a strategically focused sales pipeline, engage with C-suite decision-makers, and position Aon as the insurance partner of choice across Aotearoa’s corporate landscape.
You’ll lead growth initiatives, leverage Aon Connect tools, and bring our 3x3 strategy to life. Although advertised for our Auckland office, we are open to applications from candidates in Wellington or Hamilton. Due to the nature of the role, travel will be required around 2 to 3 times per month.
