Overview

We're on the lookout for a dynamic New Business Director to lead our business development initiatives across New Zealand. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer in Sydney, this hands‑on role will drive a connected prospecting approach, spearhead new business pitches, and help us maintain our position as a leader in advertising and media.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic prospecting efforts and deliver compelling pitches to potential clients.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships across our agencies.
  • Oversee content creation and ensure all communications align with our agency brands.
  • Analyse performance and market trends to inform strategic business development.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support multi‑agency and cross‑Groupe pitches.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship‑building skills across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional written communication and storytelling capabilities.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • A flexible, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
