You will join our Tax & Legal Services Risk & Quality (R&Q) team to keep risk practices current, practical and easy to use, so our people deliver quality work that meets PwC network and industry standards.

You'll be the go-to for clear advice, simple processes and continuous improvement, supported by experienced leaders.ResponsibilitiesKeep our risk policies current and easy to apply, aligned to PwC network standards.Coordinate quality reviews of engagements and partner portfolios, and track improvements.Advise teams on risk questions (including exceptions to standard terms) and create user-friendly templates.Lead R&Q training and the monthly champions forum; build strong relationships across NZ and the global network.Test how our quality system is working, support annual reporting and remediation, and pilot GenAI to streamline compliance.Qualifications3+ years in operational risk, internal audit or compliance within professional or financial services.Solid understanding of risk frameworks, controls and business processes.Strong project management and stakeholder skills; clear communicator with a proactive, "no surprises" approach.Comfortable with Microsoft tools and GenAI (e.g., ChatGPT); professional services R&Q experience is a plus.Benefits and HighlightsUnrivalled access to industry expertise locally and globally, with enabling technology.Life and income protection as part of the total remuneration package.Paid parental leave for all parents, regardless of gender.Enhanced leave options and two staff recognition days per year.Digital upskilling through PwC Digital Academy.Additional InformationWhat are you waiting for?
