Due to growth across our business, we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced third-party Auditor.
The industries audited will vary, making each day different.
We need someone adaptable to changing circumstances and workloads, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct audits, including document reviews, stage 1 pre-assessments, stage 2 certification audits, surveillance audits, triennial recertification audits, corrective action reviews, and follow-up audits.
Review clients' Management Systems and their implementation.
Collect objective evidence of compliance with applicable requirements.
Assign tasks to audit team members where applicable.
Discuss findings with team members and reach acceptable decisions regarding compliance.
Assemble audit reports and maintain records.
Make recommendations for certification maintenance, renewal, or suspension.
Promote company programs and initiatives.
Demonstrated Capability
Ability to manage an audit team and coordinate all aspects of a management system audit per ISO 19011 : 2018 and ISO 17021-1 : 2015.
Competency to conduct audits to ISO 17021-2 : 201, ISO 17021-3 : 2017, and ISO 17021-10 : 2018.
Perform duties requiring professional knowledge, with scope for individual accomplishment and handling complex assignments.
Sound judgment in recommendations, technically accurate and feasible.
Make responsible decisions within guidelines, cooperating with the Client Services team.
Requirements
Educational
Successful completion of a post-secondary course involving at least 600 hours of contact, leading to a recognized qualification.
Equivalent distance learning or professional memberships are also acceptable.
Evidence of educational standards will be required.
Alternatively, candidates with 4 years of relevant experience and adequate communication skills may be considered.
Management Systems Experience
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in implementing or applying certifiable management systems within the last 6 years.
Auditing Experience
Evidence of current auditing experience in independent audits, such as head office audits, division or plant audits, supplier audits, third-party certification audits, or contracted independent audits.

Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients at all levels.
Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both independently and within a team.
