Overview
The Business Support and Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the organisation.
This position is responsible for the coordination and continuous improvement of the organisation e2 s Health & Safety system, Governance framework, and operational Standards to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.
In addition, the role oversees building maintenance at the Head Office to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Working closely with the Employee Experience team, the coordinator also contributes to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, supporting a positive, safe, and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications / Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, be well organised, have some governance and compliance knowledge and some health & safety awareness. be good with policy and documentation support.
We are looking for a minimum of 2 years in business support, compliance, governance or coordination.
