Job descriptionPrevious experience in administration or reception coordination is ideal, though those with hospitality or tourism backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with a variety of people. Warm, approachable, and customer-focused personality. Dependable and flexible, especially in fast-paced environments. Comfortable using basic tools like MS Outlook and Word for day-to-day tasks.
Salt are seeking a friendly, dependable individual with a passion for people to support our client’s front desk and provide short-term reception cover. If you have experience in administration or hospitality and enjoy a role with variety, this is a great chance to contribute to a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.
About the Role
- Welcome and sign in visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle deliveries and courier arrangements as needed
- Secure the office at the end of the day
- Provide a basic overview of health and safety procedures
