We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our collaborative team supporting RHCNZ Medical Imaging’s nationwide network.

RHCNZ Medical Imaging is New Zealand’s largest private radiology provider, comprising Auckland Radiology, Bay Radiology, and Pacific Radiology. With over 73 clinics and 1200+ staff, we’re proud to deliver world-class radiology services to our local communities—backed by leading-edge technology and a team of expert radiologists.

About the role

• This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the IT Operations Team Lead.
• You’ll be part of a high-performing IT team that provides responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable support to our staff across the country.
• While much of your work will be delivered remotely, you’ll also have the opportunity to travel between sites to provide hands-on support and contribute to IT projects and initiatives.
• This opportunity is preferably based in Auckland but will look at candidates in Wellington for the right person
