What you will do
- Working at Level 2, you will be dealing with a wide range of technologies, and support requests, working directly with customers to provide a great customer experience.
- Build broad technical capability right across the desktop, network, server, and modern workspace, and have future opportunities to grow into other Engineering roles.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and respond to incidents / service requests.
- Resolve tickets aligned to our SLA’s.
- Investigate root cause and recommend solutions.
- Maintain site documentation to NSP standards.
- Assist with hardware builds / deployments and software implementations.
- Build exceptional rapport with our customers.
Skills, Attributes and Experience
Previous experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) environmentAt least 2-3 years of service desk experienceExperience with PSA, AutotaskMicrosoft stack, Network, Hardware, Apple, Remote Desktop Services, Backup and imaging technologies, MDR / EDR technologies, VMware and Hyper-VExcellent verbal and written communication skillsYou are great on the phone and customer-centric.You can demonstrate proactive self-directed learning.A strong team ethic - where we’re all in this together.Legal entitlement to work in NZ long-termWhat’s in it for you?
