Level 2 IT Support with strong M365 Skills
We’re on the lookout for a Microsoft 365 Support Tech who knows their way around Intune, Conditional Access, Entra ID, and a handful of acronyms that make other people’s eyes glaze over. If you love tinkering with configurations, tightening up security, and helping people work smarter, not harder—you might just be our next IT hero.
This is a hybrid role—half Microsoft 365 magic, half Level 2 client support. You’ll spend your time :
Setting up and optimising client environments (Intune, Entra ID, Windows Hello for Business, and more).
Rolling out modern security practices and improving Secure Scores.
Solving real-world problems for clients and being their trusted go-to.
Documenting what you do, because you know good documentation saves lives. (Or at least saves future you.)
You don’t need to be a wizard, but we are looking for someone who ticks these boxes :
