We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on IT Support Team Leader to join us at our Hamilton Head Office.What you'll be doingReporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the day-to-day IT Support function.Leading and coaching a team of 5 IT Support professionals, ensuring exceptional service for both internal and external customersManaging and prioritising support issues, escalating when necessary to keep things running smoothlyDriving the team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitoring performance to ensure high standardsTaking ownership of project deliverables, including managing projects when assignedWhat you'll bring : Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing othersProven experience of 3+ years' experience in a technical IT Support roleExcellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships, both internally and externallyStrong troubleshooting skills, with a logical approach to identifying and resolving root causes.In addition to these attributes, you will bring the following skills and experience to this role : Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing systemsWhy Join Us?
