Currently we have a position for an enthusiastic, friendly, and driven Customer Experience specialist to join our Customer Experience team.

Collaborating with a small, close-knit team and balancing priorities will be crucial to your success.

Your goal is to build relationships and nurture our customers - upselling to existing customers is a small part of it but you won\'t be cold calling or knocking down doors - it\'s all about the relationships you have with your network of customers.Extensive training will be provided in the AutoPlay platform.ResponsibilitiesDelivering outstanding customer service and being the face of AutoPlay with our customersEffective and efficient management of your allocated accounts – automotive dealerships, retail enterprises and distributorsProficiency in using AutoPlay and responsible for ongoing learning and developmentWork with your allocated accounts in improving adoption of AutoPlay using best practice methodsKeep up to date with new features and roll these out to your accountsEncourage upsell of new packages and add ons to your accountsTrain individuals and groupsPresent and demo the product in person or online as requiredAnalyse and present reports - using data to help drive usage and change managementMaintain accurate records in the CRMProvide support to other areas of the business as required including Support or SalesDeliver on KPIs designed to help our customers get the most out of AutoPlayIncludes national travelQualificationsLegendary people skills : you will thrive on building rapport and building trustStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenThe ability to work well with a motivated, fast paced and supportive teamA high level of motivation, commitment, and energyA positive, hardworking attitude, with a good sense of humorIntermediate Microsoft office suite applications skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointCommon sense, ability to think on your feet and be solutions orientatedWe will offer youA competitive salary range of $85k to $95kHealth insurance (eligible after 6 months in the role)Matched KiwiSaver contributions up to 3% on top of your salarySome work-from-home flexibilityApplication questionsYour application will include the following questions : How many years\' experience do you have as an account manager?
