Head of Sales - Auckland based (National Role)

About The Role :

This is a unique opportunity to step into astrategic and hands-on leadership position that will shape the future of ECL’s national sales engine. As ourHead of Sales , you’ll be responsible for leading and growing a high-performing business units.

You’ll own and execute our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, build long-term client partnerships, and deliver commercial outcomes that align with our broader business strategy. As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across operations, project delivery, and customer support.

This full-time, permanent role is hands-on and varied; you’ll need to be calm under pressure, great at problem-solving, enjoy working in complex environments and creating a fast-paced team.

• Own and execute a clear sales strategy that aligns with our evolving service lines and market opportunities.
• Mentor and lead a national sales team, setting performance expectations, fostering collaboration, and developing future leaders.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and ensure we deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Manage performance metrics, customer insights, reporting, and forecasting to ensure consistent growth and delivery against targets.
• Partner with our operations, technical, and project teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stages of the engagement.
