Team Management : Expertise in building, training, and leading high-performance sales teams; recruiting talent, managing performance, and fostering a results-driven culture.

Client Relations : Success in managing key client / stakeholder relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high satisfaction / loyalty.

Financial Acumen : Understanding of sales metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; using data to drive profitability.
