Overview

We are seeking a learning support coordinator (LSC) to join our team in a permanent position , working across multiple schools in the Naenae Network of schools. This well‑established position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of tamariki by ensuring equitable access to learning and building the capability of teachers to meet diverse learner needs.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse learners effectively
• Navigate agency processes and applications
• Communicate clearly with staff and whānau
• Adapt to the unique needs of each school within our learning community

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is student‑focused, organised, flexible, and easy to work with , with a strong background in neurodiversity . The ideal candidate will bring the knowledge, empathy, and confidence needed to fulfil the above responsibilities.
