Overview

We are seeking a learning support coordinator (LSC) to join our team in a permanent position, working across multiple schools in the Naenae Network of schools.

This well-established position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of tamariki by ensuring equitable access to learning and building the capability of teachers to meet diverse learner needs.

Responsibilities

Support diverse learners effectively

Navigate agency processes and applications

Communicate clearly with staff and whanau

Adapt to the unique needs of each school within our learning community

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is student-focused, organised, flexible, and easy to work with, with a strong background in neurodiversity.

The ideal candidate will bring the knowledge, empathy, and confidence needed to fulfil the above responsibilities.
