About the Role
As our Finance Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting the Finance Manager with debtor management, sales reconciliation, export account coordination, and cashbook operations. You’ll be the primary contact for our valued export clients, ensuring seamless communication and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain debtor ledgers, invoice clients, and follow up on payments
- Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly sales data
- Prepare aging reports and assist with credit control
- Manage export invoicing, documentation, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with export customers, acting as their key point of contact for financial and shipment-related matters
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely export processing
- Maintain and reconcile the cashbook, monitor cash flow, and assist with forecasts
