About the opportunityWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team.

You will support financial planning and reporting functions, ensuring that business decisions are driven by robust financial data to enhance performance management.

Engage in data manipulation and maintenance, continuously refining processes to promote growth and development.

In this role, you will : Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activitiesBuild and maintain financial models and dashboards to track performanceExtract, clean, and manage data from ERP systems and spreadsheetsContribute to process improvement initiatives that streamline reporting and enhance data qualityAssist with ERP implementation and system upgrades, providing finance expertiseCollaborate across departments to ensure financial plans align with strategic goalsAbout youYou'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful financial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will also have : Ideally 2 years experience in a similar roleA Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with CA or equivalent certificationStrong analytical thinking and financial acumenExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handlingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid Microsoft Office skillsEffective communication skills—both written and verbalA tech-savvy mindset with a passion for automation and innovationThe ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesA collaborative, can-do attitude with a willingness to get stuck inExperience working with ERP systems (Infor Syteline or Dynamics 365) would be advantageousFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or Power Automate is desirableIn addition to a great working environment and the opportunity to work with leading edge products, there are a range of other benefits when you work at Enatel : Wellbeing - Friendly, supportive and inclusive people.
