OverviewWe are looking for a Financial Navigator and Business Support person to join our team in our warm, friendly Redwood offices.
This is a permanent full-time dual role, assisting families to understand and access funding entitlements when a resident moves into aged care, and supporting business HR-related documentation requirements.The Financial Navigator Aspect Of The Role Includesadvising families on funding entitlements and subsidy application processesworking with accounts colleagues and facility managers to identify and resolve issues which could impact on timely paymentearly identification and resolution of obstacles relating to paymentsworking with debtors to resolve obstacles and implement payment plansreporting to management on outstanding balances, issues and solutionsThe Business Support Aspect Of The Role Includespreparing employment and visa documentation for new staffassisting with HR and visa processes where requiredmonitoring and reporting on recruitment and staff retentionsupporting the admin team with key tasks including using MYOB and Employment HeroDementia Care NZ is an innovative and forward-thinking aged care provider which has pioneered a number of ground-breaking approaches in aged and dementia care.Our vision is to create a warm and homely atmosphere where each person is supported to experience each moment richly.
