Management Accountant

The successful candidate will have an enviable opportunity to learn their trade in a commercial accounting environment under the mentorship of an established CFO with the exposure required to develop into a Finance Business Partner or senior finance professional in the coming years.

This role will provide the opportunity to develop your commercial accounting knowledge whilst providing exposure to the wider business to grow your confidence working with stakeholders to generate positive outcomes. You'll be dealing with stakeholders from day one which will get you away from the repetitive desk duties synonymous with CA firm life, and will provide enough variation in your work that you'll never feel bored.

Perfect for a recently qualified CA wanting to transition out of a Big Four or mid-tier CA firm, or for a CA qualified accountant with solid commercial experience. This is the long-term commercial opportunity which will open doors for your career!

The Role

• Supporting the month end accounting process and management reporting
• Assisting with the year budget and periodic forecast processes
• Providing insightful analysis and reporting to inform decision making
• Liaising with the wider business to understand information requirements and providing output to support successful business outcomes
• Using a continuous improvement mindset to create process efficiencies
