As a challenger brand with a reputation for excellence, they're looking for a high-performing Enterprise Client Development Manager to drive direct sales across large enterprise and corporate accounts.

This is not an account management or farming role — we're seeking a proven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, influencing C-level stakeholders, and delivering innovative cloud-based solutions that transform customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and corporate clients through direct sales (not channel-led)

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Cloud Communications and Collaboration solutions

Drive revenue across Professional Services, Managed Services, and consumption-based models

Engage with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored, consultative solutions

Collaborate with internal Consulting and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction

Stay ahead of market trends, especially around AI, CX innovation, and cloud transformation

What You'll Bring

Hunter mindset with a track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets

5+ years of experience selling Cloud, Unified Communications, or SaaS solutions

Strong understanding of cloud technologies and how they drive business outcomes

Existing relationships and credibility within the NZ enterprise ICT landscape

Ability to influence and build trust with C-level and technical stakeholders

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
