In this role you will support our global compensation and benefits programmes, projects, and provide data-driven insights to enhance our people strategies.
Working closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you\'ll contribute to : Global salary review processesLong-term incentive schemesJob evaluations and benchmarkingBenefits programme supportHR analytics and modelling to inform strategic decisionsResponsibilitiesSupport global compensation and benefits programmes and projectsContribute to salary review processes, remuneration modelling and benefits administrationAssist with job evaluations and benchmarking using applicable methodologiesProvide data-driven insights to inform people strategiesPartner with the Compensation & Benefits Manager and other HR teamsIdeal candidate / Qualifications5+ years\' experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefitsExperience supporting compensation and benefits processes such as salary review, remuneration modelling, insurance queriesKnowledge of the Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology and experience with job evaluationsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience with statistical analysis, PowerBI and Success Factors / SAP would be beneficialA flexible, curious and proactive approach to problem solvingWorking With UsCare to join a supportive environment?
