Are you passionate about creating safer, healthierworkplaces where people thrive? We have an exciting opportunity for a Health,Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to join our Albany-based SupportCentre and make a real difference.

As a key member of our People team, you’ll work closely withthe Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing to champion a strong culture of careand continuous improvement. This is your chance to influence strategy, coachleaders, and embed best practice that protects and empowers our people.

What you’ll do :

• Be atrusted advisor to business owners and leaders across our store network,helping them navigate a wide range of health, safety, and wellbeingmatters.
• Shapeand enhance our HSW management system, ensuring it reflects legislativechanges, industry trends, and best practice aligned to AS / NZS 45001.
• EmbedHSW into business plans and processes, driving risk reduction, legalcompliance, and worker participation.
• Leadby example, promoting a positive safety culture and supporting thedelivery of our HSW strategy.
• Facilitatetraining and development, equipping stakeholders with the knowledge andconfidence to keep people safe.
• Supportcritical risk management, developing cooperative-wide processes thatprotect what matters most.
