Your work will ensure that Church buildings are functional, dignified, and reflective of the reverence they represent within the community.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities – What You'll DoAnnual Planning : Support the development and execution of annual operations and maintenance plans.Renovation Projects : Assist in scoping and planning building renovation projects alongside the Facilities Manager.Compliance Oversight : Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet approved standards and codes.Resource Management : Collaborate with staff, contractors, and vendors to deliver on operational goals.Contractor Coordination : Help secure qualified contractors and vendors, ensuring work aligns with specifications.Relationship Building : Foster strong working relationships with employees, Church leaders, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.QualificationsQualifications – What You'll BringAssociate or bachelor's degree (preferred) in Facilities Management, Construction, or a related field.Minimum of three years' relevant work experience.Solid understanding of facility and property management, construction processes, business practices, and safety / fire codes.Proven front-line management experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.Strong communication skills - both written and verbal—with a professional approach to engaging with diverse stakeholders.Valid driver's license (must be maintained throughout employment).
