This role reports directly to the General Manager Operations and is central to ensuring service excellence, commercial success, and team accountability.ResponsibilitiesLeading, developing, and coaching high-performing branch and operations teamsDriving delivery and scanning performanceManaging branch financials, identifying cost variances, and improving utilisationLifting customer experience and addressing service issues directlyEnsuring site safety and compliance remain top priorityCreating a strong performance culture focused on operational excellenceWhat will you bring?
