Due to growth and demand, we are in need of an exceptional and driven Project Manager to join and grow our Auckland team for the delivery of a range of projects across the regions. These projects could be across a broad range of sectors including (but not limited to) education, residential development, subdivisions, commercial development, retirement, tertiary etc. In this role, you will ensure that the delivery of our projects run smoothly and your responsibilities include being able to deliver the client’s vision and proactively managing project issues. You will be adept at identifying potential development risks early and utilising the collective knowledge of your stakeholders to resolve them. You will be expected to contribute to the management, leadership, business development and constant improvement of Rubix.

Your experience must include the following :

• Successfully leading project teams at a senior level
• Strong contract management administration
• Communication and interpersonal skills that are second to none
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Engineer to Contract and / or Engineers Representative experience
• A willingness to assist with business development across the region
• Awareness and encouragement of relationship building conversations
