Assistant Manager - South Auckland | Auckland

What you’ll be doing :

Support the Store Manager in driving day-to-day operations

Lead, coach, and develop your team, ensuring performance and engagement remain high

Assist with financial operations, including KPIs, sales metrics, and P&L management

Deliver and inspire exceptional customer service, encouraging your team to always put the customer first

Ensure compliance and processes are followed in line with industry standards

Lead by example – be hands-on, visible, and motivating on the shop floor

What we’re looking for :

A fun, motivated, and down-to-earth leader who can build genuine connections with people from all walks of life

Strong experience in retail management within a complex or technical environment

Solid understanding of financial performance metrics – KPIs, sales targets, and reporting

A positive and visible presence – you set the standard and inspire others

Resilient, emotionally mature, and empathetic in your leadership style

A hands-on, hard-working attitude with the ability to lead by doing
