Role Overview :

The Group Planning Manager will support the GM - Group Planning & Investor Relations in managing

thl

's group project planning governance and rhythms, to ensure the organisation operates smoothly and efficiently by coordinating planning efforts across different functions and departments.

This role offers extensive exposure across a range of areas and leaders in the business and is ideal for someone looking to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the group's planning and governance rhythms through co-ordination of projects.

Working with various departments and teams to ensure alignment of planning activities.

Preparing and presenting reports on planning activities and performance to senior management.

Create and roll out planning calendars, tools and templates, and managing them on an ongoing basis.

Ensure alignment of planning activities with the company's wider objectives.

Assist in management the company's integrated annual reporting process.

Qualifications :

Minimum of two years of experience in a professional services capacity (Big 4, consulting or legal) or in a corporate head office function

Bachelor's degree in commerce, law, or a similar field

Demonstrated commercial acumen.

Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Personal Attributes :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
