From legendary beers to refreshing ciders and RTDs, you'll play a hands-on role as a Beverage Technician, delivering high-quality products that uphold our reputation for excellence.Roster : Rotating shifts – mornings (6am-2pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm), nights (10pm-6am)Type of Contract : Full time PermanentKey AccountabilitiesAs a Beverage Technician, you'll rotate through key brewing areas, gaining a holistic view of our operations while contributing to the success of our department.
You'll : Operate and monitor brewing processes for beer, cider, and RTDsCollaborate with Inventory, Planning, and Packaging teams to meet production targetsPerform quality checks and uphold Heineken's global standards for safety, food safety, and sustainabilityMaintain a clean and tidy brewery environmentIdentify and resolve equipment issues, working closely with the Maintenance TeamDrive continuous improvement through Heineken's TPM systemYour background and experienceMinimum secondary education, plus either : A Level 4+ tertiary qualification in Science, Food Tech, Maintenance, or EngineeringOR 2-3 years' experience in FMCG operations or maintenanceBonus experience in : Brewing, Biotechnology, or FMCGTPM, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologiesPerks and cultureAt DB Breweries, part of the Heineken family, you'll be supported to grow your brewing knowledge and career.
