What your role and typical day might look like

Building on our success, we’re searching for an extraordinary, multi skilled Project Manager and Business Analyst to join us in helping our clients discover the power of Salesforce. As a BA, you’ll be responsible to work closely with clients and users to understand pain points, run discovery workshops to uncover the “as-is” and “to-be”, and work closely with our internal teams to ensure the business requirements are effectively translated into design documents.

Leaning on your delivery skills, you’ll have the ability to set up and manage projects when needed too. In this a highly collaborative role, where you’ll be standing up agreed plans, resource manage and engage with stakeholders. It’s a multifaceted, hybrid role, but an important one, helping customers to maximise the potential of Salesforce by seamlessly blending business needs and technology capabilities together make a real difference.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst

• Support the delivery of approved products using agile techniques and frameworks to ensure high-quality products and user experience
• Build relationships with stakeholders, plan and facilitate requirement gathering workshops, analyse results, develop business requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification
• Express the required business outcomes and user experience through quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with the client and product owners to ensure features and stories are structured and prioritised effectively
• Development of project documentation to ensure products are delivered and maintained in a transparent fashion and stored and maintained to a high standard
