As we continue to evolve, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our newly formed Integration Team —a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering seamless, secure, and scalable system connections across our platforms. Refine and document integration-related user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements. Key Responsibilities – Ngā Haepapa Translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable integration requirements. 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments. Proven experience in integration projects, including API and service design. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
