They are looking for intelligent, hardworking, solutions driven individuals who want to make a meaningful impact on their business by joining their high performing team.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager who can hit the ground running and deliver BA / PM solutions to our team and customers.We are looking for a superstar who will be responsible for supporting our projects to delivery which will help us accelerate the next phase of the company's growth.

There will be variety, touching on many different areas of business analysis such as reporting, requirements gathering and software testing.What you will doWork with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, map current and future process flows and support the business through testing and deliveryQuery Nectar's automated lending systems to find opportunities to improve scorecards, data capture, and business rulesProvide analysis on the impact of proposed changes to systems, scorecards, rules and proceduresWork with business to identify projects and see them through scope identification, specification, budget management and delivery of projectsAnalysis and documentation of change requirements and providing those changes to the front end and back-end development teams then assisting with UATResponsible for the running of analysis, correction and submission of periodic reports whilst supporting the team with reporting requirementsUndertake a range of financial analysis on Nectar's operationsManage and support vendors including security, app support and collections to ensure SLA's are met and escalations are supported whilst ensuring the main lending system is running smoothly at all timesConsider and contribute to how AI can add value to the business and customersWhat you will bringFive+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis across business and technology projectsProject management focus including scope identification, specification, budget management and delivery of projectsDegree qualified preferably Finance and / or Business / ITStrong experience in stakeholder management and supporting business through growth and changeExperience in managing vendors both locally and internationally to support deliveryStrong interest in getting behind the data, making key insights and financial analysis, and ability to report insights to the businessExperience working in either Financial Services or Fintech industries will be hugely beneficialSalesforce and Power BI experience would be advantageousExperience mentoring and guiding other team members to achieve outcomesHigh level of intelligence, analytical ability, critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to get things doneNectar Money are excited to bring new thinking into their team and as such excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role.
