About the Role

This 6-month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to join a forward-thinking product team during a key operational change.

You'll support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and story mapping in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation, and story mapping

Facilitate workshops to gather and define business requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional squads to deliver customer-centric solutions

Contribute to squad planning and agile ceremonies as a senior team member

Adapt quickly to changes and provide clear documentation and insights

Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within agile environments

ADO (Azure DevOps) experience a plus but not essential

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team

Experience in product-focused delivery, ideally within an operational change context

Skilled in backlog management, user story writing, and process improvement

Adaptable, approachable, and able to bring humour and positivity to a team

Available immediately or at short notice

Auckland-based and able to work in a hybrid (2 days in-office) model
