Location : Auckland.

Contract : 12 months | up to $120 - $125 per hour | Hybrid working

Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a background in financial services or banking?

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale transformation programme with one of New Zealand's leading organisations.

You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering outcomes across cross-functional teams, supporting major modernising initiatives across the enterprise.

What you'll be doing

Leading business analysis activities across a complex transformation programme

Working closely with various stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

Supporting delivery teams within an agile and hybrid environment

Ensuring alignment between business needs, technology capabilities, and programme goals

Driving collaboration and communication across multiple streams of work

Must Haves

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes

Strong understanding of banking and / or the financial sector

Candidate must be available to start within 2 weeks

Ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams to achieve outcomes

Valid New Zealand work rights are essential due to the nature of the role
