We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover parental leave. This role leads the Learning & Development and Organisational Development functions, driving national initiatives across recognition & reward, talent development, training, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and compliance.

Ko o Kawenga / Your Responsibilities

• Lead the Learning & Development function and embed the Compass global Competency Framework.
• Manage national remuneration processes and maintain the incentive framework.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives including surveys, recognition programmes, and awards.
• Support diversity & inclusion strategy development and implementation.
• Provide HR generalist support including organisational change, policy guidance, and reporting.
