What You'll Do :

  • Partner for Success - Work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, elevate store operations, and boost team performance.
  • Lead by Example - Spend 90% of your time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and coaching your team.
  • Inspire Growth - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that lives and breathes PUMA\'s values.
  • Deliver Excellence - Ensure every customer experience reflects PUMA\'s world-class service.
  • Optimize Operations - Manage inventory, loss prevention, and store compliance for a smooth-running, profitable store.
  • Champion the Brand - Bring PUMA\'s marketing initiatives and visual identity to life.
  • Build for the Future - Foster a culture of learning and development, setting your team up for success.

What We're Looking For :

  • Leadership Potential - 2-4 years of retail management experience (apparel or footwear preferred).
  • Sales Expertise - A proven track record of exceeding targets while managing payroll and expenses.
  • Team Builder - A passion for recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong Communicator - The ability to inspire your team and connect with customers.
  • Operational Excellence - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Tech Savvy - Proficiency in MS Office and essential retail tools.
