Responsible for identifying new site opportunities for future stores, development and design of new stores, management, maintenance and refurbishment of existing stores, plus seismic remediation, refrigeration upgrades, energy efficiency and maintenance, the Foodies Property team are focussed on supporting members and the co-op to deliver for our customers every day.
Te Tūranga – About the role
As Property Facilities Manager, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of company-owned properties, ensuring they’re well-maintained, compliant, and delivering strong returns. You’ll build effective relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, support lease and rent processes, and oversee property operations, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

You’ll be an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong background in commercial property environment. Known for your proactive approach and attention to detail, you’re confident managing property operations, building stakeholder relationships, and navigating lease and compliance processes.
