We're looking for a proactive and strategic Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties in Auckland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing team, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the success of some of the city's most dynamic assets.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day operations of a nominated property portfolio.

Leading strategic planning and lifecycle analysis for commercial assets.

Building strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Overseeing tenancy management, lease compliance, and vacancy minimisation.

Collaborating with leasing, marketing, and facilities teams to deliver exceptional service.

Driving ESG initiatives and sustainability across property operations.

Preparing budgets, financial reports, and ensuring timely rent collection.

Qualifications

Proven experience in property management, ideally across commercial and retail sectors.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

A collaborative team player with leadership potential and a positive attitude.
