You\'ll play a key role in supporting our experienced Property Managers and learning the industry from the ground up, with the ultimate goal of growing into your own portfolio.Your Role Will IncludeAssisting the team with property inspections.Performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.Learning the ins and outs of property management, from tenant relations to maintenance coordination.Supporting the Property Managers in their day-to-day duties.Skills and Experience We\'re Looking ForExcellent typing, computing, and word-processing skills.Previous experience in a real estate or property management environment is a definite plus.Strong written and oral communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.An organised and methodical approach to tasks.The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.Flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork skills.If you are eager to learn, dedicated, and ready to take the next step in your professional life, we want to hear from you!
