This role is just waiting for the right person to make it their own. Crockers manages a large residential complex in Central Auckland, accommodating over 300 residents. This complex operates 24 hours a day, with a front desk service during the day and other staff in the building after hours to maintain a high level of service to residents. The successful applicant will join a well-established and efficient operation.

About the Role

You will assist the Senior Site Manager with the overall success of the complex, including leasing rooms, overseeing tenancies, and ensuring resident satisfaction and high product quality standards. This role involves managing various areas of the building to foster a safe, friendly atmosphere of superior service and product quality for all residents. You will also organize social events and manage the complex's social media platforms to help cultivate a vibrant, community-focused environment.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate has a go-getter attitude and a desire to create a lively atmosphere. While some property management experience is advantageous, training and support will be provided for the right candidate. This role is suited for someone who is highly organized and communicative, able to build strong relationships with contractors and tenants, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
