Our small, close-knit team delivers tailored solutions across sales, leasing, and property management, managing a diverse portfolio that spans retail to office, with a strong focus on the industrial sector.The RoleWe're on the hunt for a Junior / Intermediate Property Manager with at least 2 years' experience in commercial property management who's confident managing their own portfolio and ready to hit the ground running.
You'll oversee a diverse mix of commercial and industrial asset types, acting as the central point of contact for owners and tenants ensuring smooth operations while supporting long-term performance.
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you'll be backed by a supportive team that values sharing knowledge and working together without the restrictions of a corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractorsCarry out annual comprehensive inspections and ensure compliance requirements are metManage OPEX and CAPEX projects, with support from our facilities maintenance coordinatorPrepare and manage annual OPEX budgets and wash upsMonitor and follow up on rental arrears including conducting weekly arrears reportingRespond promptly to tenant maintenance requestsActively prospect for new management opportunities to grow the businessUse Re-Leased property management software (training to be provided)Collaborate with our agency team to promote both property management and sales / leasing opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForFull drivers license (shared use of a company car available)2 years' experience in commercial property managementRelevant property degree preferred but not essentialSound financial understanding with experience in budgets, reporting, and arrears managementFamiliarity with current building compliance requirementsExperience with ReLeased software is a bonus, but not essentialStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsA team player who's proactive, flexible, and confident managing their own portfolioAdditional language skills are a plusWhat We OfferFlexible start dateAccess to shared use of a company vehicleLaptop, and mobile phone providedThe chance to work alongside our directors and gain valuable industry insightA collaborative and supportive small teamCompetitive salary package and tools to do the job well
