About The Role
- Provide a high-quality service to Landlords and Tenants, contributing to your professional development within a respected company.
- Manage a portfolio (up to 115) ensuring rent is paid, inspections are completed, and informational needs are met for Landlords and Tenants.
- Enjoy completing inspections in properties around the city.
About the Team
Join our team of eight : a BDM who brings on clients / properties, a Leasing Agent for new business viewings and applications, a PM Team Leader and 5 Property Managers. Our Accounts & Admin Coordinator is in Christchurch. All are hardworking, supportive, and have a great sense of humour. We also have a team of seven in our Auckland office.

Proven experience in residential Property Management within AucklandExcellent time management and organisationTech savvy (comfortable with phone, laptop, and property management software)Trustworthy team player who can work independentlyValues compliance and best practiceCustomer service focused and friendlyMust Haves
Ability to work 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm on weekdaysCan be rostered on for emergency after-hours support every 7–8 weeksExcellent English language skills (written and verbal)Permanent Resident or NZ CitizenFull driver’s license with ability to driveAcceptable background checksI – Eleanor – look forward to receiving your CV and Cover Letter.
