Overview

Ready to step up and lead in the travel industry? This is your chance to take on a Reservations Team Leader role with a well-established wholesale travel company based in Auckland CBD. You'\'ll oversee a passionate reservations team, inspire performance, and ensure customers receive exceptional service while booking unforgettable holidays across the South Pacific.

Your responsibilities

Leading and motivating a reservations team to exceed sales and service KPIs

Assisting with complex bookings and supporting consultants when required

Managing workflow, rostering, and team development

Liaising with South Pacific suppliers and maintaining strong relationships

Driving a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment

Participating in leadership training and team meetings

We’re looking for someone who

Has previous leadership or supervisory experience in the travel industry

Brings hands-on reservations / consulting expertise (GDS & Tourplan experience ideal)

Has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Possesses excellent time management, communication, and coaching skills

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer-first approach
