Our client, one of the largest and most respected travel companies in New Zealand, is on the lookout for an experienced Leisure Team Leader to join their high-performing team in Christchurch.

About the Role

  • Lead and support a team of 10 Leisure Travel Consultants
  • Set and monitor KPIs, driving team performance
  • Maintain supplier relationships and ensure the team is equipped to sell confidently
  • Play a hands-on role in both sales and marketing initiative
