Key Responsibilities

• Consult with Clients : Understand each client’s travel goals, preferences, and challenges to offer tailored travel recommendations.
• Design Solutions : Provide expert advice and design comprehensive travel packages that include accommodations, flights, transfers, excursions, and more.
• Booking Services : Manage all aspects of travel reservations using online booking tools and supplier systems.
• Support & Troubleshooting : Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, offering support before, during, and after their trips.
• Maximize Value : Recommend upgrades, travel insurance, loyalty programs, and bundled offers to enhance the client’s experience and savings.
• Industry Knowledge : Keep up with travel regulations, promotions, supplier changes, and destination updates to provide timely and relevant solutions.
• Client Relationships : Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-up, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate booking records, payment details, and communication history.
