Job descriptionSelling air and land packages via phone, email, and web chat enquiries Managing end-to-end bookings, from first contact to post-travel follow-up Liaising with suppliers to finalise arrangements Maintaining accurate booking records in the system Hitting sales and productivity targets Participating in regular training workshops and sales meetings Has experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar reservations role Possesses excellent attention to detail and time management skills Has a proven track record of achieving sales targets Can work independently and as part of a team Ideally has knowledge of South Pacific destinations (bonus, not essential) Is confident working with GDS
