We value positivity, growth and community — and we're looking for a Site Manager who leads from the front and sets the tone for success.The opportunityReporting to the Area Manager, you'll run one of our busy swim school facilities end-to-end — performance, people, operations and customer experience.
You'll monitor KPIs (bookings, class efficiency / productivity, and staff turnover), keep standards high, and make sure every family leaves with a smile.What you'll be doingDrive site performance and booking growth; lift class efficiency / productivity.Build a positive team culture : recruit, roster, onboard, coach, review and, when needed, manage performance fairly.Oversee operations : pool plant, repairs & maintenance, and water quality checks.Frontline service : reception, user groups, pool parties; act as Deck Manager as needed.Community engagement and occasional promo events with Marketing.What we're looking forMust-havesProven team supervision / leadership with excellent communication.Positive, solution-oriented, self-motivated; strong time-management & delegation.Comfortable working independently in a varied, fast-paced environment.Computer-literate (Microsoft Office).
Nice to haveExperience in water testing and water management.HR / H&S experience, community networking, or additional aquatic / management quals.Travel : per week allowance for meeting travel.Tools : company phone and laptop.Uniform : corporate uniform provided, plus $500 annual allowance for approved items.Professional development : $1,500 annual budget (in-house & external training).
