Our Swim Instructors create safe, fun, and engaging lessons that reflect our values of Passion, Family, and Celebrating Success.

You'll support swimmer progress, ensure well-being, and adapt lessons to suit all abilities — with full training provided.Responsibilities : Teach lessons for ages 3 months to adults, focusing on stroke development, water safety, and swimming skills.Adapt lesson plans to meet different needs and abilities.Maintain safety and follow health procedures at all times.Track progress, provide feedback, and keep accurate records.Communicate warmly with swimmers, parents, and colleagues.Prepare and tidy the pool area before and after lessons.Promote swim school initiatives and complete training as required.Qualifications : Experience preferred but not essential.Strong communication and adaptability.Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching swimming.Weekend and casual positions available with the opportunity for permanent contracts as Summer approaches.Role Type
