Order Management Specialist (One North, Logistics)

Our client is a leader in the energy industry, seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a 6-month maternity cover.Location : Science Park 2Contract : 6 Months (Maternity Cover)Salary : Up to $2800Responsibilities : Consolidate and prepare monthly sales reports.Make cold calls to potential and existing customers (Call Management).

Handle customer complaints.Monitor critical consumable stock levels (consumables / spare parts).

Raise purchase requests (contracts, consumables, spares, jobs).

Raise service or job requests.Support sales and administrative documentation, including brochures.Maintain customer records.Data mining for consumables required for Service Contracts and jobs.Follow up with Procurement Department on pending orders.Handle invoicing and prepare Delivery Orders (DO).

Coordinate logistics / shipping with Procurement (overseas).

Provide sales support for SEA and other regions.Consolidate and prepare monthly invoicing reports.Note : Tasks may change as deemed necessary by your supervisor or management.You may be assigned additional tasks as required.PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd
